We have 2 layers of backups. Your hosting account automatically backs up twice a day, 1 at midnight and 1 at midday. 

Our second layer of backups is done via Snapshot Pro, this is setup for a full backup once a week and also incremental backups before every update.

Before every update an incremental backup is completed. The team checks upto 3 pages that you can assign and we will compare for any changes or faults. If a fault is detected we will roll back from the backup taken moments before the update and follow up with the developer, and we will hold off on updating until there is a stable release.

You will be asked how often you would like your site to be updated, we can schedule checks from every 3 hours to every month. 

We recommend that you pick a time that you would likely not be working on your site that way we can complete your updates without any interruption to you. Once you have chosen a schedule a time that suits you create a calendar event that recurs every time your site is going to update. If you are planning to work on your site while a scheduled update is planned just let us know, and we can adjust the schedule to suite you.
